RADIO CALLS

 
                         
0900Hrs	Team#1 		Took a heading of 120 degrees southeast and went towards
			the town of Presque Isle, they also radioed in and stated 
	        	that they had found foot prints in the snow heading the
			same directions. ICS radioed back and said that it had been 
			noted on the clues log and to continue with the search
                                                                                  
0910hrs			Team radioed and said that the subject had left the tracks
			and went about 75 yards off the right side of the tracks.
			Then the subject had returned back to the tracks about 150 
			yards from where the subject had left the tracks.
                 
0920hrs			About 1 mile up the tracks the subject had changed to a
			heading of 35 degrees northeast.  ICS radioed and said to
			continue with search and send one individual in that
			direction to see where the tracks went.
                                         
0940hrs			1504 radioed to 1500 that they had found snowshoe tracks 
			about 2 miles down the railroad tracks.  The snowshoe 
			tracks left the railroad tracks for about 25 yards and
			returned back to the tracks again.

0955hrs			1504 radioed and stated that all the team members were
			tired but otherwise fine and that they were continuing the
			search.     
                                                                               
01000hrs		1504 stated that his team was taking a break for about 10 to
			15 minutes, also stated that he would make sure everyone 
			had something to drink and eat during that time.
      
01010hrs		1504 stated that his team was on a heading of 210 degree 
			northwest, and that everyone was rested and they were
			continuing the search.

01022hrs		1504 radioed and stated that he thinks they have a visual on 
			the lost subject and was sending in a two man team to 
			investigate the sighting.     
                                                                            
01025hrs		1504 radioed to 1500 that they indeed have found the lost
			subject and that they were in the process of accessing the
			victim. Told 1500 to standby for vital signs and other 
			information pertaining to victim.
                                 
01035hrs		1501 radioed to 1500 that the victim had been accessed and
			that the victim had a broken left arm.  The arm had been 
			stabilized and that there was no severe bleeding at this 
			time. Stated that the arm was swollen and had a bluish 
			color between the wrist and the elbow.  They are getting
			ready to walk the victim out of the area where he was 
			found.
                                                
01055hrs		1503 radioed to 1501 stating that 1500 was mobile to the
			pick-up point at which they will transport the victim to the
			hospital for further treatment.

01100hrs		The mock search was called to an end by the Chief and to
			follow was a debriefing of all the events of the mock
			search.
