			w/ blue jeans, dark blue down jacket, Patriots stocking cap; Male
 			adult, 25-30 yrs old, wearing denim jeans and jacket. Last known
 			to be hiking to top of Haystack Mountain.

10:34			Team 2 [no radio] relay to team one;[1502] can hear distant 
			distress whistle.

10:37			[1502]Team 1 checking out abandoned shelter.

10:38			[1502]Subjects located (Team 2) on rock ledge above abandoned
			shelter

10:40			[1504]Report on team locations and condition

10:45			[1503]Medical officer reports adolescent victim vitals to ICS

10:47			[1500]ICS requests victim physical status

10:50			[1503]Victim 10-11 yrs old broken rt forearm

10:51			[1503]Victim's arm being stabilized with metal forearm splint and
 			arm sling, secured to torso w/ ace wrap.

10:53			[1502] Asst Chief forms Ad-Hoc Extraction team for adolescent, 
			[1503]Radio transferred to [1502], [1502] radio transferred to
 			extraction team as Team 1.

11:02			Adolescent  Extraction Team arrives at ICS,
 			Extraction team dispatched back to location.

			[1503]Medical Officer reports Adult subject, approx 26, vitals, broken 				lft ankle, compound fracture not evident or suspected, no blood present, 			slight discoloration above boot line.

11:14			[1504]reports subject being extracted, lower leg immobilized, ankle 				supported and immobilized w/ field dress, ace wrap and nylon secure 				strap. Extraction Team rejoined and assisting.

11:19			Adult subject arrives at ICS

11:30			SAR Exercise Field Debriefing meeting.
